Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst – Product & Innovation to work closely with management, development teams, and team leads to improve the company's applications and identify new technology and AI opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Research the latest AI tools, technologies, and trends and identify how they can be useful for company applications.
- Analyze the technologies and tools currently used in company applications and suggest better or more suitable solutions.
- Compare company applications with similar products available in the market and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain and coordinate the product development roadmap.
- Track the progress and status of all application development projects.
- Attend management meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and track follow-up actions.
- Regularly review applications being used by clients and identify issues, feedback, and improvement opportunities.
- Work with team leads to ensure user guides, training videos, and product documentation are completed and updated.
- Prepare content and key points for presentations, product demonstrations, and case studies.
- Monitor competitors and their product updates on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Keep track of market trends and current solutions relevant to the company's products.




- Post information and updates about company applications on social media.
- Follow up with respective teams to ensure assigned tasks and product improvements are completed on time.

Required Skills

- 3–4 years of experience in Business Analysis or similar role.
- Good understanding of software applications and product development.
- Basic understanding of AI and emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good to have knowledge of marketing, research and market analysis skills
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
