Job Summary

CleanTech Services India Private Limited is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from planning and execution through completion.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management, piping, gas systems, oil & gas, and industrial mechanical projects, with exposure to semiconductor, solar, or other high-technology industrial projects being an advantage.

The role requires a combination of technical knowledge, project execution capability, client management, team leadership, and problem-solving skills. The candidate will work closely with internal teams, clients, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and as per required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards. Develop and execute project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management.

Industry Expertise: Apply extensive knowledge of oil and gas, piping, and gas industry standards and practices to project planning and execution. Leverage expertise in semiconductor or solar industry practices to enhance project efficiency and innovation.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a cross-functional project team, providing guidance and motivation to ensure successful project outcomes. Foster a team-oriented and high-performance work environment.

Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project requirements. Address client concerns, provide updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical Oversight: Provide technical oversight for mechanical engineering aspects of projects, including design, analysis, and implementation. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.





Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.

Resource Allocation: Collaborate with the Director of India Operations to allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

Site Visits: Travel to project sites as required to oversee on-site activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure project milestones are achieved.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and lessons learned.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the mechanical engineering project management framework.

Key Competencies:

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering/project management is preferred.
- Proven experience managing industrial mechanical, piping, gas, or related engineering projects.
- Experience in leading project teams and coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates with experience in semiconductor, solar, oil & gas, high-purity gas systems, or industrial projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
