Requirements:
- Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Candidates with relevant DRA/collection experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and follow up on assigned accounts.
- Support collection/recovery activities.
- Maintain accurate customer and payment records.
- Achieve assigned targets and performance goals.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
