Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with solid experience in fine/high-end jewellery manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production, coordinating with artisans and vendors, ensuring quality standards and meeting production timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end jewellery production and production planning.
- Coordinate with artisans, karigars, vendors and manufacturers.
- Monitor production timelines, quality and finishing standards.
- Manage materials, inventory, costing and production budgets.
- Coordinate with Design, Sourcing and Commercial teams.




- Identify production issues and drive process improvements.
- Lead and manage the production team.

Requirements

- 6–7 years of relevant jewellery production experience.
- Fine / luxury / high-end jewellery manufacturing experience mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery production and quality control.
- Experience in vendor, artisan and production team management.
- Knowledge of costing, budgeting and inventory management.
- Ability to read CAD/technical sheets.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
