About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to turn marketing concepts into thumb-stopping visuals across Meta, LinkedIn, and modern digital channels. You will lead the journey from visual brainstorming to final execution, ensuring every piece of content is native to its respective platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Concept & Execution: Generate original visual ideas for campaigns, turning briefs into engaging graphic concepts that drive engagement.
- Platform Adaptation: Tailor assets specifically to platform cultures (e.g., polished, data-focused carousels for LinkedIn vs. bold, visual-first formats for Instagram/Meta).
- Asset Production: Produce multi-slide carousels, infographics, feed graphics, story templates, and promotional banners.
- Motion Graphics: Add basic motion, animated transitions, micro-interactions, or GIFs to visual assets to boost scroll-stopping power.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Design Suite: High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Motion Graphics: Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro,



or CapCut for light animated content.
- Social Fluency: Mastery of platform specs, visual trends, safe zones, and user behaviors across LinkedIn, Meta, and X.
- Portfolio: A strong creative portfolio displaying conceptual thinking and native social media visual design.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer / Graphic Designer Executive, preferably in a digital marketing, advertising, creative, or agency setting.
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or any other related field.
- Ability to understand feedback and make revisions efficiently.
- Strong portfolio showcasing client work is required.
- Agency experience required

Preferred:

- Experience handling designs for multiple brands or clients.
- Basic knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, or reels will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
