We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Field Service Engineer to join our technical support team. In this role, you will travel to residential and corporate client locations to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide variety of laptop brands and models. The ideal candidate possesses strong hardware troubleshooting skills, a solid understanding of operating systems, and excellent interpersonal skills to deliver top-tier customer service in office.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
