We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our team and communicate with US-based customers who have already expressed interest in our products/services.

What You'll Do

Contact warm/inbound leads and interested customers
1.Understand customer requirements and answer their questions
2.Provide accurate product and service information
3.Follow up with prospective customers
4.Build trust and maintain qualified customer relationships

5.Work toward individual and team sales targets
6.Maintain customer details and follow-up records

What We're Looking For

Excellent spoken English with a clear and professional accent




Confident and friendly communication style
Good listening and customer-handling skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable speaking with US customers
Basic computer/CRM knowledge
Comfortable working the 8 PM – 5 AM IST night shift

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome!
