Job Description:

- Estimation of Static Equipment’s (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, etc) as per the requirement of codes and Client’s specification
- Cost analysis as per the Company Guidelines.
- Familiar with standards and materials
- Careful study of process licensors data sheet, material specifications & drawings
- To build relationships with internal customers and external suppliers and vendors and manage a regular correspondence for quantities, cost and specification
- Floating of enquiries to vendor for material quotes
- Prepare cost summary and technical offer
- Preparing & submitting of proposals, follow-up & correspondence with parties to convert submitted offers into orders.
- Preliminary Mechanical design of Static Equipment
- Negotiation with vendor along with procurement team to get best material costs in pre-order stage
- Basic Understanding of QEHS (Quality, Workplace, Health & Safety) will be preferred
