SME Careers is looking for highly qualified Physics Experts to join our remote AI training project and help improve the accuracy, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities of AI models.

What You’ll Do

- Review and evaluate AI-generated Physics responses.
- Check calculations, methodology, concepts, and scientific accuracy.
- Evaluate step-by-step reasoning and problem-solving quality.
- Fact-check Physics information using reliable public sources.
- Write high-quality Physics explanations and model solutions.
- Rate and compare multiple AI responses based on correctness and reasoning.
- Create prompts and training content across different Physics topics.
- Identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and potential biases in AI outputs.

Who We’re Looking For

- MS or PhD in Physics or a related field from a Top 100 university.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanics, Electromagnetism, Optics, Thermodynamics/Statistical Mechanics, and Physics modeling.
- Experience developing or critically reviewing advanced Physics content.




- Strong analytical and scientific reasoning skills.
- Excellent written English proficiency (C1+).
- Peer-reviewed publication experience.
- Background in research, analytical writing, programming, or Physics is preferred.
- Previous AI evaluation, RLHF, or data-labeling experience is a bonus.
