What You'll Be Doing:

As an HR Manager at Parsh Technologies, you’ll take care of everything that makes a workplace feel excellent. From finding the right people to making sure they grow and thrive, your role will be a mix of strategy, communication, creativity, and care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Post jobs, review applications, coordinate interviews, and onboard new team members.
- Ensure hiring is aligned with company needs and culture.
- Be involved in hiring for technical roles and learn how to assess core skills.
- People Development:
- Help team members grow with training sessions, learning plans, and development tools.
- Organize orientation programs, track progress, and gather feedback to improve.
- Employee Engagement:
- Make the workplace fun, connected, and collaborative.
- Run team-building activities, appreciation moments, and keep the energy alive.
- Be a go-to person for listening, solving problems, and spreading good vibes.
- Operations & Policies:
- Maintain accurate records like attendance, leaves, and basic HR docs.
- Help draft, update, and manage HR policies, NDAs, SOPs, and handbooks.
- Support payroll, documentation, and general HR processes.
- Culture & Communication:




- Promote diversity, inclusion, and open communication.
- Support feedback systems, conflict resolution, and healthy team dynamics.
- Liaise with other departments to understand people's needs and improve collaboration.
- Flexibility & Ownership:
- Step into new challenges — whether related to HR or beyond — with an open mind.
- Support the leadership team in organizational planning, hiring needs, or new initiatives.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
