Communication Recruitment

We are looking for a Human Resource Assistant who will be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, managing the hiring process, maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.

Responsibilities

Preparing job descriptions, and advertising vacant positions.

Handle employee inquiries, Maintain employee records

Providing counseling on policies and procedures.

Prepare HR documents (e.g., employment contracts, offer letters, and Salary slips).

Must Have

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

An associate's degree in a related field is required.

Nice To Have

Effective organizational skills





Teamworking and interpersonal skills

Commercial awareness.

Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
