Role Overview

Eye Mantra is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with 2+ years of experience to drive revenue across both enterprise partnerships (B2B) and direct patient acquisitions (B2C). You will lead corporate outreach, forge institutional tie-ups, and optimize patient consultation-to-surgery conversions.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Sales (Corporate & Institutional)

Corporate Partnerships: Pitch and onboard corporate clients for employee vision wellness programs, health packages, and corporate discounts.

Tie-ups & Outreaches: Partner with TPAs, insurance providers, schools, and RWAs to conduct eye screening camps and extend institutional reach.

Pipeline Management: Build, negotiate, and close high-value B2B accounts from lead generation to contract execution.

B2C Sales (Patient & Retail Conversion)

Patient Lead Conversion: Convert inbound leads into consultations and high-value surgical procedures (LASIK, Cataract,



Specs Removal, etc.).

Consultative Selling: Guide patients through procedure packages, lens choices, and treatments with high empathy and clarity.

Optical Retail Growth: Drive sales of frames, lenses, and optical accessories across centers.

Requirements

Experience: 2+ years of proven sales experience covering both B2B and B2C channels (Healthcare, Hospital, or Health-tech sector preferred).

Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and CRM management skills (Salesforce, LeadSquared, etc.).

Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare Management (MBA preferred).

Key Metrics (KPIs)

Revenue from B2B corporate partnerships and health camps.

Consultation-to-surgery conversion rates.

Optical and overall revenue per patient.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
