Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays.
- Monitor inventory and inform the concerned team about stock requirements.
- Follow company sales policies and procedures.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Support promotional activities and other sales initiatives.
- Prepare basic sales reports when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
