- BM is in charge of all the activities of Finvent Finance Ltd in Palakkad district including business development.(Deposit Mobilisation and Gold loan, )
- He/She must be target oriented.
- He/She should advice and monitor the activities of Team leader & Sales staff in achieving targets.
- Should have the mentality to go outside(field) in-order to support all the marketing & recovery related staffs
- Responsible for Office administration which includes file management, document verification and managing the activities of branch staff(ie, Accountant, Tell-callers, Collection executives)
- Responsible for the approval of gold loan and debenture
- Proper tracking and collection of loan amount through collection executives
Requirement:
- Graduate from Palakkad district
- Min 2 year experience in Gold loans from Banks, Finance firms(not from insurance sector) handling similar positions
- Age 25-40 preferred
- Willing to travel for business development
- Should be proficient in using computer
- Candidates settled around 20kms from the city preferred
