Quality – Dimensional Inspector

- Inspect components as per engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Perform dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Gauge, CMM, etc.
- Verify critical dimensions, tolerances, GD&T;, and surface-related requirements.
- Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Identify dimensional deviations and communicate with Production/Quality teams.
- Ensure measuring instruments are calibrated and in proper condition.
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for dimensional defects.
- Verify rework and rejected components before release.
- Maintain inspection standards and ensure customer requirements are followed.

2. Quality – Visual Inspector

- Perform 100% visual inspection of components as per quality standards.
- Check for scratches,



dents, cracks, burrs, surface defects, tool marks, rust, and other visible abnormalities.
- Inspect components for proper finishing, cleanliness, and workmanship.
- Segregate OK / NG / Rework components.
- Perform visual inspection at incoming, in-process, and final stages.
- Maintain inspection and rejection records.
- Ensure proper identification and traceability of inspected components.
- Report recurring defects to the Quality/Production team.
- Support corrective and preventive actions for visual defects.
- Follow customer-specific inspection and acceptance criteria.

Pay: ₹11,004.17 - ₹39,439.44 per month
