We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to manage key customer relationships and technology programs in Japan. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Management, and Project Management, along with extensive experience working with Japanese customers.

Excellent spoken and written Japanese proficiency is mandatory.

The role will be responsible for managing Japanese customers, overseeing successful project execution, and ensuring high-quality product and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through successful completion, ensuring delivery within defined timelines, scope, and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
- Manage relationships with Japanese customers and act as a key point of contact for ongoing engagement.
- Understand customer requirements and ensure a high level of satisfaction with products and services.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular project review meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with project objectives.
- Communicate project progress, risks, challenges, and key updates to customers, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies and best practices.
- Identify potential project risks and proactively drive appropriate resolution.
- Lead and manage teams involved in customer projects and service delivery.




- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance project efficiency and overall customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

- 20+ years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant onsite experience in Japan in Customer Success, Account Management, or management of IT projects.
- Prior experience working in leadership roles within technology organizations, preferably product-based companies.
- Strong understanding of Japanese business culture, practices, and customer expectations.
- Excellent fluency in spoken and written Japanese is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and delivery frameworks.
- Proven experience in managing customers, project deliveries, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage tight deadlines.

Education & Certification

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Japanese language certification is preferred.

Budget- 30 LPA-60LPA( Negotiable Depending upon Current CTC)

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per month
