We are looking for an experienced Finance & Excise Executive to join our growing alcoholic beverage business in Goa.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in finance, costing, commercial operations and preferably the liquor/alcoholic beverage industry. This role will work closely with management and will be responsible not only for finance but also for understanding and supporting the day-to-day commercial operations of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete finance and commercial function for the brand.
- Prepare and maintain detailed product cost cards for all SKUs.
- Calculate product costing, gross margin, contribution, profitability and break-even.
- Review MRP, distributor margin, retailer margin, schemes, discounts and promotional costs.
- Track production, inventory, stock movement, sales and wastage.
- Monitor distributor and retailer billing and commercial terms.
- Support management in pricing and profitability decisions.
- Monitor Excise, VAT/GST, TDS and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with CA, tax consultants, excise consultants and other external professionals.
- Prepare monthly and weekly MIS, profitability reports and management dashboards.
- Identify areas where the company can reduce costs and improve margins.
- Monitor actual costs against approved cost cards and budgets.




- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Production and Distribution teams.
- Monitor operational expenses and ensure proper financial controls.
- Support management in evaluating new products, markets, distributors and commercial opportunities.
- Ensure proper documentation, reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Provide management with clear financial analysis before major commercial decisions.

Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Commercial Finance, Costing or Business Finance.
- Experience in Alcoholic Beverages / Liquor preferred.
- Strong knowledge of product costing and cost cards.
- Good understanding of Excise, VAT/GST, taxation and regulatory compliance.
- Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Experience with inventory, production costing and stock reconciliation.
- Ability to understand both finance and business operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should be comfortable working directly with senior management.
- CA / CMA / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.

Candidate must be based in Goa

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
