EEC Mota Varachha and EEC Katargam is hiring Admissions and Coaching Counsellor to drive enrollments for our IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, and Spoken English batches. Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students and parents for IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, and Spoken English coaching programs.
- Assess the student's requirements and recommend the most suitable course and batch.
- Convert walk-in inquiries and telephonic leads into successful admissions.
- Coordinate with English faculties regarding student progress, batch scheduling, and feedback.
- Maintain daily student attendance, fee records, CRM updates, and follow-up data.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and generate referrals.

Requirements:

- Experience:



1 to 3 years of experience in educational counselling, admissions, or sales is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong spoken Gujarati.
- Location: In Mota Varachha or Katargam or nearby areas in Surat.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Skills: Strong convincing power, basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Emails), and an approachable personality.
