Job Description:

We are looking for Solo Shoot Producer – Responsible for the production of NoBS solo shoots (Long form and Short form both)

We currently have 3 IPs:

- The Divya Jain Podcast – Podcast
- Protected Space – Panel discussions
- NoBS – Solo shoots

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

· 2–5 years of experience in digital media, content production, journalism, YouTube, broadcasting, or multimedia content production.

· Conceptualize, research, and develop engaging solo video formats and episodes for YouTube and Instagram (long form and short form).

· Research relevant topics, trends, news, and audience interests to identify compelling content opportunities.

· Develop content concepts, episode structures, briefs, and creative treatments for solo shoots.

· Write engaging scripts, including piece-to-camera (PTC) scripts, explainers, opinion-led content, informational videos, and other digital-first formats.

· Work closely with the host and creative team to develop content that aligns with the tone, voice, and objectives of the channel.

· Plan and coordinate the complete production process, including pre-production, shoot schedules, locations, props, equipment, and production requirements.

· Coordinate with videographers, editors, designers, and other production team members to ensure smooth execution of shoots.

· Oversee the post-production workflow, including providing editing briefs, reviewing rough cuts, ensuring factual accuracy, and maintaining creative and brand consistency.





· Ensure timely delivery and publishing of content while managing multiple projects and production timelines simultaneously.

· Identify opportunities to repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form videos, reels, and other social media formats.

· Stay updated with digital content trends, audience behaviour, YouTube formats, and emerging storytelling styles.

· Collaborate with the social media and creative teams to support content promotion and audience engagement.

· Strong writing and storytelling abilities, with experience in scriptwriting and the ability to transform complex ideas into simple, engaging, and audience-friendly content.

· Strong research skills with the ability to identify credible sources, understand diverse topics, and develop well-researched content.

· Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple productions and meet tight deadlines.

· Strong communication, coordination, and collaboration skills.

· Good understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and other digital content platforms.

· Familiarity with video production workflows, cameras, lighting, audio, and post-production processes.

· Familiarity with Sony FX3 camera and Adobe Creative Suite will be an added advantage.

· Bachelor's degree in Media, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Film & Television, or a related field.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
