At Axis Max Life Insurance, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Associate Agency Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of agents to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. You will work closely with your team to implement strategies that enhance productivity and improve customer service. Your ability to build relationships and mentor agents will be key to fostering a successful and cooperative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard new agents to expand the agency network.
- Provide ongoing training and guidance to agents to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.




- Set performance targets and monitor agents' progress towards achieving them.
- Conduct regular meetings to motivate and support your team in reaching their goals.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote agency services and products.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive in the industry.
- Prepare reports on team performance and provide feedback to the management.
