Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Handle customers, product demonstrations, and high-value sales.
- Monitor walk-ins, leads, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, and inventory.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
- Ensure team discipline, attendance, and overall store performance.
Key Skills
- Robust sales & negotiation skills.
- Minimum experience required - 3 yrs.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Team leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Retail/store management experience preferred.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
