- We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer responsible for the maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and upkeep of injection moulds to ensure smooth production and minimum downtime.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulds.Troubleshoot and repair mould-related issues during production.Handle mould dismantling, assembly, cleaning, and servicing.Inspect and maintain mould components such as core, cavity, ejector system, guide pillars, bushes, slides, lifters, inserts and cooling channels.Check and maintain mould cooling and heating systems.Identify and rectify problems such as flash, short moulding, sticking, leakage, improper ejection, and dimensional issues.Carry out mould polishing, fitting, grinding and minor repair work as required
- .Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to resolve mould-related problems.Maintain mould history, maintenance records, breakdown reports and spare-parts records.Ensure moulds are properly maintained and available as per the production schedule.




- Monitor mould life and recommend replacement of damaged or worn-out components.Follow preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing of moulds
- .Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards in the tool room.Support mould trials and new mould commissioning.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Injection Mould maintenance and troubleshooting.Knowledge of mould components and their functions
- .Basic knowledge of Vernier, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.Knowledge of fitting, grinding, polishing and basic machining operations
- .Ability to read basic mould drawings.Good problem-solving and analytical skills.Valuable coordination with Production, Quality and Tool Room teams.Educational QualificationDiploma / ITI in Mechanical, Tool & Die, Plastic Engineering or related field
- Preferred Experience in Injection Mould ,Automotive, will be preferred.
- Reporting To: Maintenance Manager / Plant Head

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
