Golden Mile Enterprises Inc. is hiring a US Trucking Updates Manager.

US TRUCKING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in US trucking Updates / Track & Trace who can manage the Updates function and team.

Candidates without US trucking experience will not be considered.

Requirements

- 2+ years of US trucking experience
- Strong experience in Updates / Track & Trace
- Experience communicating with US drivers, brokers, carriers and customers
- Solid understanding of load status, ETA, pickup/delivery and delays
- Experience with Samsara, Motive, MacroPoint, PCS or similar tools
- TMS experience required
- Previous experience managing an Updates/Track & Trace team preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

- Manage the Updates team and daily workflow
- Monitor active loads and ensure timely updates




- Follow up with drivers for location and ETA
- Communicate updates and delays to brokers/customers
- Ensure accurate TMS and tracking updates
- Handle escalations and operational issues
- Maintain team performance and update accuracy

Important: This is specifically a US trucking Updates management role. Candidates from unrelated industries, general customer service, BPO, or non-trucking coordination roles will not be considered.
