About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Education Loan Executive to manage and coordinate education loan requirements for our study abroad students.

The role involves working closely with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions to identify suitable loan options, coordinate applications, follow up on loan processing, and ensure timely disbursement for students.

Candidates with experience in education loans, personal loans, banking, NBFCs, or other loan-related roles are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions regarding education loan facilities for students.
- Understand student profiles and identify suitable education loan options based on their requirements.
- Guide students and parents regarding loan eligibility, required documents, application procedures, and terms.
- Collect, verify, and coordinate the submission of required loan documents.
- Submit and follow up on loan applications with banks and financial institutions.
- Maintain regular communication with bank/financial institution representatives and loan processing teams.
- Track the status of loan applications and ensure timely updates to students and internal teams.
- Coordinate with counsellors, students, parents, and other departments throughout the loan process.
- Follow up on pending documents, approvals, sanctions, and disbursements.
- Maintain accurate records of loan applications and their current status.
- Build and maintain strong qualified relationships with banking and financial institution partners.
- Stay updated on education loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation requirements, and policy changes.




- Resolve loan-related queries and coordinate with the concerned parties to address issues.
- Ensure a smooth and timely loan process to support students with their overseas education plans.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in Education Loan / Loan Processing / Banking / NBFC / Financial Services is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in any loan-related role are also encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, banks, and financial institutions.
- Good documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other office tools.
- Knowledge of study abroad education loans will be an added advantage.
