Job Summary

We are looking for a Content & Social Media Associate who has a strong eye for design and can create engaging visual content for social media and digital marketing.

The ideal candidate should be strong in graphic designing, with a good understanding of content writing, social media management and digital marketing.

You will work closely with the content and marketing team to create social media creatives, carousels, posts, presentations and other digital assets, while also supporting content planning and social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

Create social media posts, carousels, banners, infographics, video editing and other marketing creatives. Design content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms.

Maintain consistency in brand style, colours, fonts and layouts.

Assist with social media content planning, scheduling and publishing.

Write captions and short-form social media content.

Maintain content calendars and track basic engagement metrics.





Support marketing campaigns with creative and content requirements.

Keep up with social media trends and new content formats.

Requirements & Qualifications

1 to 2 years of experience in Graphic Designing and Social Media Content.

Strong proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator & Video Editing After effects, premiere pro or any other software is an added advantage.

Good understanding of design principles, typography, layouts and visual communication.

Content writing and proof-reading skills

Understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram/Facebook.

Good communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to work on multiple assignments and meet deadlines

Video editing skills and familiarity with AI-based content/design tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
