Responsibilities -

- RM, PM procurement planning & coordination with purchase officials.
- Documentation – BMR, BPR, etc
- Orders planning - Manage and evaluate machine resources & work force to ensure highest productivity and minimal downtime & wastage.
- Oversee a workforce of 70-100 employees in the manufacturing department
- Workers team distribution & attendance planning.
- Dispatch planning according to schedule.
- Creating planning/schedule for manufacturing and dispatch.
- Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
- Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
- Ensuring highest quality goods output and continuous process improvement.
- Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel
- Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees
- Responsible approach to environment care during all operations.
- Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management.




- Problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Maintenance schedule planning, coordination of external agencies, maintenance tracking, ensuring proper care and safety and proper documentation according to GMP standards.
- Establish & enforce workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
- Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
