- Manage the reception/front desk and ensure a professional first impression for visitors and employees.
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, candidates, and business associates courteously.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls and redirect calls to the appropriate department/person.
- Maintain the visitor register and manage visitor entry/exit procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding visitor appointments and meetings.
- Schedule and coordinate meeting room requirements when required.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness, discipline, and professional appearance.
- Assist with basic administrative and office coordination activities.
- Maintain records, registers, and reception-related documentation.
- Provide necessary support during meetings, events, interviews, and official visits.
- Handle general queries and direct visitors/employees to the concerned department.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism while dealing with visitors and official information.
- Perform other front-office and administrative duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- 1–3 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Administration, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel.
- Pleasant personality with professional grooming and positive attitude.
- Positive interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage calls, visitors, and routine administrative work efficiently.
