About the Role

LearnKin is an early childhood education company bringing play-based learning to preschools across India. We're hiring Telecallers to reach out to schools, generate new leads, and follow up with prospects — booking qualified meetings for our field sales team. If you're a confident communicator who enjoys the phone, this is a excellent part-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to preschools, schools, and educational institutions to introduce LearnKin's programs and learning kits.
- Generate new leads by identifying and reaching out to school principals, coordinators, and decision-makers.
- Follow up consistently with existing leads and warm prospects to keep conversations moving forward.
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the field sales team.
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and follow-up records in the CRM/tracker.
- Coordinate with the field sales team to hand off qualified leads and share relevant context.




- Handle basic queries about LearnKin's offerings and route detailed questions to the right team member.

Who Can Apply

- Excellent verbal communication in English — this role involves direct conversations with school principals and coordinators.
- Confident, polite, and persistent phone manner; comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic comfort with call logging/CRM tools, or willingness to learn.
- Available to work Part-Time, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
- Based in Surat and available to work on-site (preferred).
- Working knowledge of Gujarati is a plus, not mandatory.
- No prior experience required — freshers and experienced candidates both welcome.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
