About The Role & Responsibilities

As a Research Engineer, you will work at the frontier of Reinforcement Learning (RL):





Design self-contained RL environments, reward functions, verifiers, and evaluation logic.

Scale episode pipelines and Multi-Component Processes (MCPs) for reproducible experimentation.

Build automated data generation systems using synthetic data to accelerate training cycles.

Develop AI-driven evaluation and quality assurance systems for automated grading and validation.

Fine-tune and benchmark open-source Machine Learning models.

Pay: ₹671.00 - ₹767.74 per hour
