Key Responsibilities

- Lead the team of Sales Managers and ensure effective sales management and achievement of business targets in Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Provide inputs to develop marketing strategies and marketing support to Sales Staff.
- Work closely with the Regional / Zonal Manager for developing sales strategies.
- Take complete ownership of the sales process and generate the agreed numbers for the cluster.
- Motivate and interact with Branch Managers and Staff.
- Handle the entire business process for the assigned cluster.
- Open recent locations as per the business plan.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets as per the plan.
- Should be open to frequent travel within the cluster.

Required Skills & Requirements





- Experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) is mandatory.
- Currently working as a Sales Manager / Branch Head and handling a team.
- Aggressive and target-oriented salesperson with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
- Local geography knowledge is mandatory.
- Ability to read and speak the local language is mandatory.
- Excellent business knowledge in small-ticket LAP.
- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to deliver results under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively in an evolving and fast-paced environment.
- Strong team management, sales, customer relationship, and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned cluster.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
