Diamond & Polki Grader Experience: 4–9 Years Location: Jaipur City Office & Jaipur – Sitapura Office Interview: Face-to-Face Only Budget: As per Industry Standards Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Diamond & Polki Grader to evaluate and inspect diamonds and Polki stones/jewellery for quality, authenticity and grading parameters. Key Responsibilities: Grade diamonds based on the 4Cs – Cut, Colour, Clarity & Carat Weight. Inspect inclusions, blemishes, symmetry, proportions and overall quality. Evaluate Polki stones for colour, clarity, shape, size, cut and appearance. Identify natural, treated and potentially synthetic/lab-grown stones as per company standards. Inspect stones/jewellery for defects, consistency and quality. Accurately measure, record and maintain grading reports and inspection records. Coordinate with Production, Manufacturing, Purchase & Quality teams. Ensure grading meets company standards and customer requirements. Handle stones/jewellery with proper security and accountability.



Support quality control and final inspection of finished jewellery. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of diamond grading & identification and Polki diamonds/traditional Polki jewellery. Understanding of diamond shapes, cuts, colours, clarity grades and treatments. Strong observation, analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to identify differences in stone quality and characteristics. Knowledge of jewellery terminology. Basic computer skills for grading records. Valuable communication and coordination skills. Preferred Background: Experience in diamond/Polki grading, jewellery quality control/manufacturing, diamond manufacturing or gemological laboratories will be preferred.
