- Execute assigned engineering activities under established processes, standards, and technical guidance while demonstrating ownership of deliverables

- Communicate project status, technical findings, and recommendations clearly and proactively with stakeholders

- Independently manage assigned tasks and priorities while seeking guidance on complex technical challenges and critical decisions

- Identify, analyze, and communicate technical issues, risks, concerns, and improvement opportunities in a timely manner

- Facilitate the execution of product development and sustaining engineering projects in alignment with defined project plans, schedules, and quality objectives
