Role description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud & DevOps Architect to lead the design and implementation of a reusable Setting on Demand (EoD) platform across cloud and on-premises environments. The role involves defining reference architectures, establishing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards, developing deployment automation, and driving architecture governance to support scalable and efficient environment provisioning and application deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead discovery workshops to understand existing platform foundations, environment provisioning processes, operational models, and architectural constraints.
- Assess application deployment requirements, service dependencies, configuration management needs, database considerations, test data strategies, and virtualization requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business priorities, technical constraints, success criteria, and platform objectives.
- Work closely with architecture, environment, testing, and project teams to align technical decisions and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
- Define and govern reference architectures across AWS, on-premises environments, and GCP where applicable.
- Design and implement reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) patterns using Terraform to support scalable environment provisioning.
- Develop and maintain reusable GitLab CI/CD pipeline templates and automation for application deployment and infrastructure provisioning.
- Establish reusable patterns for configuration management, test data provisioning, environment sizing, observability, and cost attribution.
- Define platform governance models, onboarding frameworks, implementation standards, and operational guidelines.
- Lead pilot implementations and validate observability, CMDB integration, architecture compliance, operational readiness, and cost management capabilities.
- Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities,



and translate findings into prioritized implementation recommendations and roadmaps.

Experience

- Strong experience designing and governing cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and reusable automation patterns.
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation frameworks.
- Experience defining reusable architecture patterns, governance standards, and operational models.
- Strong understanding of cloud and on-premises infrastructure, networking, compute, storage, security, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with observability, CMDB integration, and cost management practices.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders, drive technical discussions, and provide architectural leadership.
