Job Summary

Leading Hotel looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie – Desserts to join its culinary team in Srinagar & Sopore.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in desserts and pastry preparation, with a robust focus on quality, consistency, presentation and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute a variety of desserts, pastries and confectionery items as per established standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation and portion control.
- Assist in developing and refining dessert preparations and menu items.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Monitor ingredients, storage and wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and equipment.




- Coordinate with the Chef and kitchen team for smooth daily operations.
- Guide junior team members when required.

Candidate Profile

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in a professional pastry/dessert kitchen.
- Culinary or Hotel Management qualification preferred.
- Good knowledge of desserts, pastry and confectionery techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional kitchen.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
