Development and improvement of recent products, components and manufacturing processes.

Conduct research, trials and experiments for product/process development and cost optimization.

Mechanical: Design, modification and testing of mechanical components, machinery and systems.

Electrical: Development, testing and improvement of electrical systems, panels, controls and automation-related applications.

Foundry: Development and optimization of casting processes, patterns, moulding, melting, material composition and casting quality.

Forging: Development and optimization of forging processes, dies, material selection, heating parameters and dimensional accuracy.

Analyze technical problems, identify root causes and implement corrective/improvement measures.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering teams for trials and successful implementation.

Prepare technical reports, process documentation, drawings/specifications and trial reports.

Support cost reduction, productivity improvement, quality enhancement and new technology implementation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
