Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Marketing Executive to promote Active Planet and increase customer footfall through field marketing and business development activities in Malappuram and nearby areas.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting schools, colleges, companies, institutions, travel agencies, and other potential customer groups to generate leads, develop business relationships, and promote park packages and offers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits across Malappuram and nearby areas to promote the park.
- Visit schools, colleges, companies, corporate offices, travel agencies, institutions, and residential communities.
- Generate leads and group bookings for school trips, college visits, corporate outings, family groups, and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, institutions, companies, and other potential customers.
- Explain park packages, ticketing options, offers, events, and promotional activities to customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new customer networks.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Conduct local promotional activities, campaigns, roadshows,



and other marketing activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and collect market information.
- Achieve assigned monthly marketing and booking targets.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead details, follow-up records, and booking status.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Reservations teams for confirmed group visits.
- Represent the company professionally during all field activities.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Freshers with good communication and marketing skills may also be considered.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Malappuram and nearby areas.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
