Experience Required: 1-2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the on-site execution of post-tensioning works, specifically overseeing tendon installation, stressing, and grouting processes.

Conduct regular site inspections and accurately compile field data for daily reports and formal site inspection documentation.

Monitor quality control metrics in office, ensuring execution remains strictly within approved design tolerances (such as maintaining the 10% variation limit during stressing operations).

Coordinate closely with the structural design team to resolve any site-specific issues and ensure construction matches the provided AutoCAD drawings.

Requirements:

1-2 years of practical, on-site civil engineering experience,



preferably with hands-on exposure to post-tensioned (PT) structures or reinforced concrete construction.

Strong ability to read, interpret, and execute from detailed structural drawings and AutoCAD plans.

Excellent on-site communication skills to effectively manage contractors and coordinate field data with the design office.

Familiarity with standard site safety protocols and quality management practices.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
