About the Role

The Senaabhyas Educational Center is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable NDA Faculty – All Subjects to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students preparing for the UPSC NDA & NA Examination, with a strong focus on written examination preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach NDA subjects including Mathematics, English, General Science, History, Geography, Current Affairs, General Knowledge and related GAT topics.
- Prepare and deliver engaging, structured classroom lectures.
- Develop study material, practice questions, assignments, tests and mock examinations as per the NDA examination pattern.
- Conduct regular assessments and analyze students' academic performance.
- Identify students' strengths and weaknesses and provide appropriate academic guidance.
- Keep students updated with significant current affairs, defence-related awareness and general knowledge.
- Provide guidance and motivation to students preparing for the NDA examination.
- Coordinate with other faculty members to ensure proper syllabus coverage and academic planning.
- Participate in doubt-solving sessions, revision classes and test discussions.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.

Requirements

- Graduation/Post-Graduation in a relevant subject.




- Strong command over the subjects taught in the NDA written examination.
- Good communication and classroom teaching skills.
- Knowledge of the UPSC NDA examination pattern and syllabus.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and work with students of different academic levels.
- Prior experience in NDA/Defence coaching, JEE/NEET coaching or competitive exam teaching will be preferred.
- Candidates with a strong academic background and freshers with excellent subject knowledge may also apply.
