The Lead Counsellor will be responsible for leading the Admissions Counselling team, driving admission targets, monitoring lead conversion, ensuring application closures, and mentoring the team. The role will also involve coordinating with the Marketing and Academic teams and presenting admissions performance data to Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Admission Target Achievement – 50%: Drive weekly, monthly, and annual team admission targets; monitor individual counsellor performance and conversions.
- Application Review & Closure – 10%: Oversee application review, eligibility checks, and coordinate with the Academic team for final closure.
- Parent & Student Orientation – 10%: Guide the team in parent counselling, campus tours, Open Houses, and handle key/complex parent interactions.
- Data Management – 10%: Ensure accurate and timely updating of enquiries, applications, SMS, GR records, and student strength in MCB.
- Lead Follow-ups – 10%: Monitor leads from Google, SEO, Facebook, email,



etc.; ensure effective follow-ups and lead-to-admission conversion.
- Data Analysis & Reporting – 5%: Prepare weekly admissions reports, analyse funnel performance, and present insights to Management.
- Training & Mentoring – 5%: Train, mentor, and support counsellors; prepare training schedules and materials before the admission season.

Key Skills & Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in school admissions / education counselling.
- Prior experience in a Lead Counsellor / Senior Counsellor / Team Lead role preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, parent counselling, and target-achievement skills.
- Valuable analytical, reporting, follow-up, and team-management abilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Academic, Marketing, and Management teams.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
