BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

A leading Edutech company specializing in software training and engineering services is looking for suitable candidates for the position of Business Development Officer.

The role will primarily focus on business development, lead generation, client communication, student counselling, and promoting the company’s training programs and services.

Candidates with good communication skills, a confident personality, and an interest in sales and business development are encouraged to apply. Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills may also be considered.

- preference for Candidates in and around Kottayam.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred

Responsibilities

- Interact professionally with students and prospective clients.
- Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, online enquiries, and otherbusiness development channels.
- Contact prospective students and understand their training and career requirements.
- Explain and promote the company’s software training programs and engineering services.




- Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into admissions or business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule and coordinate college presentation and demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, enquiries, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned business development and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the training, technical, and management teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely and appropriate information about courses, services, fees, and schedules.
- Qualification Any Degree.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Positive interpersonal skill, time management and work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
