SimpSocial is an AI-powered CRM, lead generation, and BDC automation platform built for automotive dealerships, with core products including Sarah AI (our AI-driven communication and follow-up engine) and GoCRM (our full dealership CRM). We are a Meta Official Partner and currently power workflows for 500+ active dealership accounts.

About the Role
SimpSocial is hiring a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead a structured, design-only redesign of GoCRM, our enterprise dealership CRM platform. We are not looking for a cosmetic UI refresh — we need someone who can rebuild the information architecture, unify a fragmented design system, and deliver platform-appropriate UX across three connected surfaces: User Web, Admin Web, and Mobile App.

Scope of Work
An audit has already been completed across all three surfaces, all enterprise complexity:

- Lead Center dashboard has competing high-importance elements, no explicit daily focus
- Lead/Contact detail view needs clearer hierarchy — tries to surface too much at once
- Broadcast, Power Dialer, and BDC use inconsistent list/status/action patterns
- Communications fragmented across Social Talk, Email, messaging, templates




- Reports function more like standalone KPI tiles than coherent analytics

Admin Web and Mobile App are audited but not yet documented — you'll run your own discovery pass as part of the engagement.

What You'll Own

- Cross-platform IA and navigation model
- Visual direction, design tokens, and a reusable component library with full interaction states
- Redesign of core workflows: Lead Center, Lead/Contact detail, unified Conversations, Campaigns, Reports & Settings
- Responsive web behavior and platform-appropriate mobile conventions (iOS/Android)
- Clickable prototype for priority flows
- Annotated Figma specs, interaction notes, developer handoff documentation
- Accessibility to WCAG 2.1 AA baseline, with a verification plan

Requirements

- SaaS and/or CRM experience is a MUST — non-negotiable. Not looking for someone who just "throws paint" at a screen; need someone who deeply understands user experience and can prove it.
- Enterprise, feature-dense, multi-role product experience
- IA and design-system experience, not just visual UI
- Design experience across web and native mobile (iOS/Android)
- Strong Figma skills — organized files, component libraries, developer-ready annotations
- Comfortable working independently, hitting milestone deadlines
- Bonus: CRM/dashboard/workflow-heavy B2B product design experience

What We'll Evaluate You On: Complex multi-platform SaaS/CRM experience, IA/design-system thinking, Figma/handoff quality, accessibility commitment, communication clarity (the video tests this).

Engagement Type: Design-only, contract/project-based. Terms and timeline discussed on a call once shortlisted.
