About the Role

Anant Estate is looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller – Real Estate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, understanding their property requirements, following up with leads, and coordinating site visits.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential property buyers.

* Follow up with existing and old leads regularly.

* Understand customers’ requirements, budget, preferred location and property type.

* Share relevant property/project details through calls and WhatsApp.

* Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

* Coordinate and schedule property/site visits.

* Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and customer responses.

* Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into site visits and sales.





* Achieve daily and monthly calling/follow-up targets.

Requirements

* Good communication skills in Punjabi & Hindi.

* Confident and polite communication style.

* Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and computers.

* Good convincing and customer-handling skills.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Fresher candidates are welcome; real-estate experience will be an advantage.
