Languages: Tamil/Telugu & English

Working Days: 6 Days in a Week (Working on Sundays is mandatory)

Week off: Thursday

Work Timings: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM | Flexible hours | Extensions as per business needs.

Job Summary:
The Demo Fixing Agent is responsible for connecting with prospective leads, scheduling demo sessions, and ensuring smooth coordination between prospects and BDE’s. The role focuses on timely follow-ups, accurate scheduling, and maximizing demo attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact assigned leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email to schedule demo sessions
- Fix and confirm demo appointments as per availability of trainers/counsellors
- Share demo details (date, time, platform, joining link) with prospects




- Ensure reminders and follow-ups to reduce no-shows
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth demo execution
- Update and maintain lead and demo details accurately in CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly demo-fixing targets
- Handle rescheduling or cancellations professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Good communication skills (English & Telugu)
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
- Ability to handle multiple leads and deadlines
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Experience:

- 0.6–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales support, counselling, or demo coordination preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Pay: ₹15,887.54 - ₹25,795.08 per month
