About the Role

Dharmaa Constructions is looking for an energetic and confident Business Development & Prospecting Intern to support our business growth team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, researching potential clients, generating leads, and developing professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients and business prospects.
- Generate new leads through online research, LinkedIn, social media, calls, and other channels.
- Contact potential clients and introduce Dharmaaa Constructions professionally.
- Understand prospect requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Maintain and update lead databases.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Qualify leads based on their requirements and interest.
- Schedule meetings with interested prospects for the senior team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Work with the marketing and management teams to develop new prospecting strategies.




- Participate in client meetings and learn professional client handling.

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with recent people.
- Basic knowledge of social media and online research.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to follow up consistently.
- Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is not mandatory.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
