Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Associate who can communicate with parents and students, understand their requirements, explain our programs, and assist them during the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential parents and students.
- Understand their educational requirements.
- Explain TATHIX Learning's courses and programs.
- Follow up with interested leads.
- Guide parents through the enrollment process.
- Maintain professional communication with prospective customers.
- Build positive relationships with parents and students.
- Achieve assigned communication and enrollment goals.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Students, homemakers, and working professionals are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with parents.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic smartphone/laptop and internet access required.
