About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer who can lead visual communication across digital campaigns, social media, branding, and marketing projects. The ideal candidate should have robust design fundamentals, a sharp creative eye, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and high-quality visual designs for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing collaterals.
- Create engaging designs while maintaining brand consistency across multiple client accounts.
- Lead the visual direction of campaigns and translate briefs into innovative creative concepts.
- Review and refine designs to ensure high standards of quality, consistency, and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative, Content, Marketing, SEO, and Account Management teams to understand requirements and deliver effective creatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery within deadlines.
- Mentor and provide creative guidance to junior designers and interns.
- Adapt designs into multiple formats and dimensions for different digital platforms.
- Stay updated with current design trends, visual styles, typography, layouts, and digital creative practices.




- Handle client feedback and incorporate revisions while maintaining design quality and campaign objectives.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent conceptualisation and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work across multiple brands and maintain distinct visual identities.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and independently execute concepts from ideation to final delivery.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in a digital marketing agency or creative agency environment.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or basic animation is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Canva and other AI-powered creative/design tools.
- Experience designing for paid advertising campaigns and social media platforms.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
