1. Job Role

- Source candidates for multiple open positions across functions.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Generate candidate leads through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals & other channels.
- Use Boolean Search, Keyword Search & advanced sourcing techniques.
- Explore unconventional sourcing methods to identify relevant candidates.
- Build and maintain a candidate database/talent pipeline.
- Coordinate shortlisted profiles with the HR team/hiring managers.

2. Candidate Eligibility

- Candidate with 0–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Strong understanding of sourcing and candidate screening.
- Positive hands-on knowledge of Boolean & Keyword Search.
- Creative and resourceful in finding candidates beyond conventional job portals.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive & persistent approach.
- Freshers with exceptional sourcing skills may also be considered.
