Roles and Responsibilities

- Handled stock activities of raw materials and chemicals as per the brewing program, ensuring FIFO consumption.
- Prepared brewing and filtration plans in coordination with HOD for daily production.
- Supervised and documented brewing and process operations.
- Maintained quality parameters as per brand specifications.
- Entered daily process data into the SAP system at various stages.
- Managed shift-wise manpower availability as per process plans.
- Submitted daily entries for Excise books (B-5, B-6) and updated the Government of Punjab Excise portal, including reporting brewing plans to the Excise officer.
- Ensured hygiene of process areas, including maintaining vessel CIP frequency.
- Reduced energy consumption (water & CO?) by implementing eco-friendly practices.
- Controlled overall beer losses effectively.
- Performed daily laboratory analysis activities.
- Organized training programs on process handling, beer loss control, SOPs, and food safety.
- Generated material indents for process requirements.
- Participated as a panelist in daily sensory evaluation at 12:30 PM.




- Executed safety management practices at various stages of the process.
- Managed waste processes including yeast and spent materials.
- Prepared preventive maintenance programs for smooth process operations.
- Conducted daily toolbox meetings to ensure safe and effective operations.
- Reported daily, weekly, and monthly beer stock status to the finance team.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Education:

Graduate - preferably in Chemistry/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry / Biotechnology/Food technology

Experience:

2-4 years

Mandatory alcobev experience
