About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Business Process Analysis, Business Rules Management, and Process Modeling. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to analyze business requirements, model processes, define decision logic, and drive business transformation initiatives.

This role requires hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0, DMN, Decision Tables, FEEL, BKM, and DRD, along with excellent stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct Business Process Analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Create and maintain AS-IS and TO-BE process models using BPMN 2.0 standards.
- Design and document business rules using DMN (Decision Model and Notation).
- Develop and maintain Decision Tables, FEEL expressions, Business Knowledge Models (BKM), and Decision Requirements Diagrams (DRD).
- Define and manage business rules governance frameworks and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Prepare detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.




- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement sessions, and business reviews.
- Support Agile delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & ExperienceMust-Have Skills

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong expertise in Business Rules Analysis and Business Process Analysis.
- Hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0 and DMN.
- Experience in Business Data Modeling.
- Strong understanding of:
- Decision Tables
- FEEL (Friendly Enough Expression Language)
- Business Knowledge Models (BKM)
- Decision Requirements Diagrams (DRD)
- Experience creating AS-IS and TO-BE Process Models.
- Knowledge of Business Rules Governance frameworks and best practices.
- Expertise in writing Agile User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with business process automation initiatives.
- Exposure to workflow and decision management platforms.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience collaborating with global teams.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
