Debock Organic Farms is a growing FMCG company dealing in premium spices, pure desi ghee, edible oils etc. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support the company's financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and documentation.
- Prepare invoices, purchase entries, sales entries, and payment records.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS as required.
- Monitor receivables, payables, expenses, and cash flow.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal teams.




- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting records.

Requirements

- 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in FMCG or a similar industry.
- Robust knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
